For the past 15 years, OTM has been the agency of record for one of the state’s top attractions and only Zoo. Each year, OTM has provided marketing support, adjusting messages and marketing elements based on new Zoo arrivals, unforeseen issues like higher gas prices, to positive changes on grounds. OTM’s efforts included branding, brochures, marketing materials, merchandise, and outreach. OTM also provided major birthday celebrations for the Zoo’s 90th and 100th birthdays. Each and every year, new elements were introduced. At the end of every year, the teams regrouped, talked about what seemed to work and not work, reviewed zip code entries, increases in attendance, etc., and came up with new plans for the next year.
